THINK YOURSELF YOUNGER Years ago, I read a Deepak Chopra book in which the author suggested you can think yourself younger by thinking of yourself as up to 15 years less than your actual age. His reasoning was that we make certain mental associations with the digits that tell our age. For instance, we might think that being a certain age means we should dress in a particular way (or stop dressing in a particular way) and behave in certain ways.
