LIVING ALONE The article about living alone (“Lone rangers”, March 24) identified a major social trend that I, as a professional matchmaker, have noticed dealing with people seeking long-term relationships. Younger people seek the “freedom” of living alone – their “rite of passage”, as the article says – whereas many baby boomers have either left marriage too late or been left alone through circumstance.
