COPING WITH HAIR LOSS I agree with dermatologist Dr Ian Coutts: get a proper diagnosis before going to a hair treatment clinic (“The bald truth”, December 1). When I had a consultation with a “hair specialist”, the trichologist looked at my scalp and said I had male pattern baldness.
