I read Diana Wichtel’s interview with Nigel Latta (“Latta day saint”, February 18) thinking it might be more entertaining than informative. But I learnt some great lessons. One was on not only living more positively but possibly living much longer. At one point in the interview Latta displayed his shoes, a pair of sensible trainers, and said, “I like these shoes … I know if I have to, I can run in these. If the zombie apocalypse comes, these are the shoes I want to be wearing.” From ...
