The intrepid travels of John Key are diligently documented on his Twitter account. And the PM’s Twitter timeline is dominated by photographic evidence of his many and varied appearances.

Inspired by his latest photographic dispatch, which shows him gazing adoringly at the mayor of Christchurch, Bob Parker, at what appears to be a scintillating gathering of local government delegates in Queenstown (see below), here are 15 of my favourite prime ministerial twitpics from the last three months.

I’d go back further (who can forget the instant classic of John and Bronagh at the Taj Mahal?) but frankly there aren’t enough hours in the day. Also my eyes might fall out.

(Update: here are John Key’s three best social media photographs, like, eva!)

Presumably Mr Key selected these images himself to upload to his twitter site (or at least caused them to be uploaded to there). It reveals a scary lack of visual literacy. Maybe that explains why there is so little vision in his policies & utterances. Gosh.
