In a remarkable twist in a remarkable story that has unfolded in large part on social media, an official NZ Police Twitter account, @betterworkstory, has sent a tweet to the embattled Hell Pizza company.

It seems likely that the identity of the author of the “confession” on the Hell Pizza Facebook page (for the background on the story, go here) is known to the pizza company: he won the weekly prize, and so (presumably) provided details to redeem it.
