Justice Simon France has been summing up in the Scott Guy murder trial at the High Court at Wellington.

“Understandably,” he told the jury this morning, “this case has been popularly described as a whodunit, but it’s not.”

Popularly?

It was defence lawyer Greg King who reportedly said in his opening address: “What the defence says [is] this is the proverbial and classic whodunit, a murder mystery.”

Even more important question whom actually cares.. oh maybe the bored and those whom don’t have a life . Personally I would like to see more good journalism where they INFORM me of the real issues of importance in NZ …like, lets see... Key's more often on the news with a please explain interviews, more environment news, more in depth news on the oil industry, how's Peak oil going, when can we expect to see the fuel prices rise as the oil supply gets harder and harder to get to the pump and so on. More overseas news regarding debt crisis in Europe and the US, who is also having money problems. In the long run this will have a far more effect on New Zealanders than who killed Scott Guy? I read recently that New Zealand's media is classified in the free developed world as one of the worst for informing the public. In consideration of the constant trivial rubbish we have been getting as the MAIN NEWS of the day, I have to agree with the finding.
