People born before 1970 might associate Think Big with Robert Muldoon’s economic interventionist strategy; it’s also the mantra of a new interventionist therapy for people with Parkinson’s. Called LSVT-BIG, it’s an offshoot of the Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) programme, which is aimed at helping people with Parkinson’s retain their voice.
