Question: Is there any truth to claims that cherry juice helps with insomnia? Answer: If the advertising hype is to be believed, tart cherries can reduce symptoms of arthritis and gout, fight cancer and help us sleep. It sounds somewhat far-fetched for mere cherries, so are these claims fact or fiction?
